The Cleveland Cavaliers had plenty of problems in their Game 1 loss to the Indiana Pacers Sunday night, both offensively and defensively. While there isn’t just one that can take the brunt of the blame, Jeff Green may just be numero uno in terms of things that head coach Tyronn Lue must find a solution to ahead of Wednesday night’s Game 2.
Green is a good player, but not in the role that Lue used him in on Sunday. WFNY’s Jeff Nomina and Josh Poloha discuss what went wrong in Game 1, in a discussion that includes Kyrie Irving’s Flat Earth theory, Damon Jones putting on a jersey and playing for the Cavs this postseason, and (unfortunately) a hate fest on Green. We love the guy, but he was horrible in Sunday night’s loss.
