TD Reflects on WFNYX
February 7, 2018MLB Hot Stove: Report says Tribe almost traded Edwin Encarnacion
February 7, 2018The 10th birthday of WFNY continues with one of the founders of WFNY, Rick Grayshock. No commemoration of the site could be complete without hearing from him. It was really great to talk about all the things we’ve gotten to do and people we’ve gotten to meet thanks to the website.
Also, if you’re one of our Patreon patrons, I wrote a little bit more about the behind-the-scenes of talking to Rick for the first time in a long time. For as little as $1 per month you can support us at Patreon and see posts like that.
Just to celebrate #WFNYX we made some new gear!

Craig, I’m not a podcast guy. In all this time, I’ve listened to only two here: one with the late, great “Kanick” and this one. I’m glad I did. You both did a nice job.
I always enjoyed Rick’s stuff. If memory serves me well, I think he was the first guy to do the Browns Winners and Losers column, which is one of my absolute favorite things here. I also enjoyed his Browns skull sessions breaking down tape. And I really enjoyed his articles about uniforms and such, as I am a fellow uniform nerd.
Big congrats and deep appreciation to all you guys for the years of good reading and good conversation.
This was great. And if someone with Rick’s bona fides can’t bring himself to watch Browns games, I am completely shamed, even if I only DVR and watch that unprecedented crap show later.
