July 31, 2015Recapping Big Ten Football Media Day with Urban Meyer
July 31, 2015It was a balmy 90 degrees in Berea on Thursday for Day 1 of the 2015 Cleveland Browns Training Camp. Thousands of fans poured into the team’s training facility to get a look at the men whom will earn their cheers and jeers over much of the next five months.
Head Coach Mike Pettine delivered some poignant thoughts on some of his players—specifically quarterback Johnny Manziel and quarterback-turned-wide receiver Terrelle Pryor. Cleveland fans also got their first look at defensive tackle Danny Shelton, their first of two first-round selections, and running back Duke Johnson, who is expected to provide the otherwise suspect offense with a little added punch out of the backfield.
Many thanks to Lisa Hahner for providing WFNY with access to some of her shots from Day 1 in Berea. Stay tuned for Day 2 upon completion of today’s session.

Love seeing the photos. Once upon a time you didn’t need a ticket to attend a training camp. My how times have changed. I’m old.
But Pryor is a big dude. I heard he didn’t drop a single pass. Shelton is an even bigger dude. Manziel is a little dude. Never ever should have been drafted, ugh!
