While We’re Waiting… Waxing poetic on the Buckeyes plus a few good reads
December 3, 2013MLB Trade Rumors: Indians interested in Oakland’s Brett Anderson
December 3, 2013With Jason Campbell’s status up in the air and with Brandon Weeden engaged in the NFL’s concussion protocol following symptoms, the Browns have reportedly signed former Bears quarterback Caleb Hanie. This comes on the heels of the team working him out and then signing Cowboys practice squad player Alex Tanney.
#Browns have signed former Bears QB Caleb Hanie. Hanie worked out for Cleveland last week.

The timing might not mean much of anything except with regard to the statuses of Jason Campbell and Brandon Weeden, as opposed to some kind of judgment on Alex Tanney and what he’s shown in his brief time with the team. Regardless, the signing of Hanie doesn’t bode well for the Cleveland Browns as they head to New England on December 8th with a quarterback signed on November 26th and another reportedly signed on December 3rd.

Such a Mangini move. Now Belichik can’t be sure who to prepare for, Hanie or Throwalicious.
Hanie is a legend. We owe him for providing us with this glorious BJ Raji touchdown and the ensuing celebration dance. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GlIdBrIV0P4
Honestly don’t think Belichick needs to prepare for either. As long as the Patriots show up to the stadium they will win.
Sounds like a typical Browns QB. 3 career TD’s and 10 INT’s.
Got my jersey ready for Sunday!
I am going to buy a machine to make players names and sit outside of the stadium on Sundays. Could be a goldmine. I am sure I could pick up some old ladies from the retirement home to help.
Quick, what is the record for number of starting QBs for one team in one NFL season
I’m in – I’ll donate some worker elves so we can at least try to keep up with the roster overhauls.
thought the sarcasm was obvious.
… 2 months too late.
This better not impact my Josh Gordan led fantasy football playoff run…
How? Gordon is QB proof, He put up back to back 200+ yard receiving games with Weeden!!! throwing him the ball (mostly). Imagine if a competent NFL QB was throwing it to Gordon…
Patriots fans are scarrrrrrrrred now!
NOOOO!
I hope Tebow is next
