Trent Richardson, Peyton Hillis and Watchable Football
September 16, 2012Could D’Qwell Jackson’s Hit On Armon Binns Draw Scrutiny?
September 16, 2012In a story that is becoming all too familiar, Browns WR Greg Little fired back at fans tonight who tweeted their angst at his performance on Sunday-
Following the game, Little tweeted his touchdown celebration pose, and compared himself to Olympic champion Usain Bolt. Fans got on Little for what they perceived as showboating despite the team losing and Little’s struggles holding on to the football.
The lesson as always- think before you tweet.

This should end well
You know Pat Shurmur is jealous of Urban Meyer’s twitter ban…
Look at the positive, at least Greg says he cares about his team – wasn’t the same when he was in college getting suspended for a year for taking $$$ on the side from an agent.
And he called him “usain blot” which is kind of awesome.
Chris Perez is pissing off everyone!!
It was rather stupid of him to do the “Bolt Pose” after catching his first catch of the game.
You know, the guy did catch a touchdown pass today, but all Browns fans can talk about is his tweet. Maybe we should focus on things that matter, like how bad our secondary is without Joe Haden
He almost dropped that ball which makes all of this ironic. I wish Little would worry more about making catches period then celebrations or tweeting.
how can you be jealous of something that doesn’t exist? Hahahahaha
We all knew that this guy’s ego was going to rear its ugly head sooner or later…
Not surprisingly, the fingers had a few miscues when typing the tweet.
He could “careless”, just as he is “careless” with the football. ZING
And, for that matter, his first catch of the regular season…
Really, we go after a guy because he posts a picture of a TD catch. Browns fans need to chill. You don’t have to make everyone around you miserable just because you are.
He banned his players from using it, right?
Not sure if there is still a rule. I know they took it away for camp, but the Buckeye players are still tweeting.
AGREED!!!
And one of the 4 Horsemen of the Relationship and Civility Apocalypse rides again!
Twitter sucks. Somebody tweet that for me.
Being an adult, I have no problem with what did. He was off the clock, he can tweet and post all he wants. This fan base seems to be littered with bad armchair QB’s and tower-sitters (some media members, and 1 radio station belong with this group also). Players and fans need to stop co-mingling, it never ends maturely.
Bravo
He didn’t exactly call his agent and demand a bigger contract on the way to the sideline, the dude did a touchdown dance. I don’t think we need to start worrying about his ego yet.
(that being said, it was a bad touchdown dance…)
um, first off….”careless”? nice. secondly. isn’t the proper phrase “i couldn’t care less” implying that there is nothing else in this world you could actually care less about than this. why do people constantly do this?
Careless and care less are two different things. Careless is how he catches/drops passes and might be used to describe his use of the English language.
Because most people have the intellect to know what he’s saying and others like to correct English because they have no original thoughts of their own.
Hey has anyone ever heard of a guy named Chris Perez?
Not to mention triches dive/summerflip lol weird! Its like he wanted to dive and flip and cartwheel all at the same time haha
