Browns cut Green, Sims, Jacobs and Ronnie Cameron
August 31, 2012Box Score: Indians 3, Rangers 5
August 31, 2012Update: Adam Caplan knows everything. He is reporting that the trade is for a conditional draft pick in 2013. Let’s hope it is a conditional first rounder. (Yes. I’m kidding.)
It appears that Safety David Sims has not been cut, but has been instead been traded to the Eagles according to his agent and a tweet by Adam Caplan.
Any players who are cut this evening can’t be claimed until noon Saturday. If Sims knows where he’s going it is reasonable to assume it is a trade.
Stay tuned.

Good move. Trade a decent prospect who has been hanging around in practice for a month or two to the team you’re going to play in about a week. What could possibly go wrong?
I’m thinking an interception returned for a touchdown
I doubt they have already started prepping for the Eagles
Idiots. Stupid move.
We traded him to the Eagles…wow thats some BS right there(not that it didn’t happen but it was extremely stupid). Just wow,I am almost speechless, I mean the Eagles after destroying us wanted Sims…shouldn’t that be a clue that we needed to KEEP him? Again, just wow.
