12 Days of a Cleveland Christmas- Day 9
December 17, 2010While We’re Waiting…the Vikings prep for West Virginia, and Arenas to ORL talk
December 18, 2010With the three final weeks of Cleveland Browns football waiting in the wings, Rock and I sit down with Cleveland.com’s Dan Labbe to discuss a variety of Browns-related topics.
What do we expect to see from Colt McCoy this week as well as next season? Is the future of Eric Mangini tied to McCoy’s relative success? Will the Browns be able to take a division game on the road?
As an added bonus, find out who we think the current “best” Cavalier is as well as what the future holds for one JJ Hickson.
You can catch the audio over at Cleveland.com or can get your fill immediately after the jump. Do enjoy.

Fellas,
Somehow I grew up in the position of being both a Mets and Indians fan (why God, why?)…so I don’t know how I really felt about the Tribe’s winter wonderland…it seemed cheesy, but if it helps to sign free agents, then cool…plus my daughters would have loved it, if we where in Ohio (I am in the Navy and stationed in Norfolk).
Checking out uniwatch this morning, I found this: http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5008/5267955686_59ce2c3c1d_o.jpg
Good Grief!
The only way I can see justifying firing Mangini at this point is if his players quit on him. They haven’t yet, and Hillis is on record as saying “I love Mangini”.
Give him another year, if we put together another A+ draft (or really just a solid B) and still can’t make it to the playoffs next year, then we can talk coaching change. My 2 cents.
So, who remembers when a quarterback was named as the started at the end of a season and we all thought we had a quarterback for the following year?
