Browns are “worst-coached half-decent team”
November 12, 2008Browns Potential Lineup Changes?
November 12, 2008In my ongoing attempt to make the fans of the Cleveland Browns not feel as bad about the current situation, I now point you to the fans of the Cincinnati Bengals. The blog WhoDeyRevolution has gone a step beyond voicing their complaints via written word and have purchased four billboards around the Cincinnati area.
For images of the actual billboards, head over WDR. I don’t like their team, but I can’t help but agree with their stance on this mess. Viva la Revolution! I’m here for punch and pie…
(Update: As pointed out by Rick, I totally missed out on mentioning RCF’s “LeBron2010” campaign. Now THAT is something I can get behind.)

wow that is huge. this is a landmark occasion in blogdom, if not the whole information age, honestly.
THE POWER IS OURS!
“Punch and pie”….classic!
One of my good friends is a Bengals fan and he showed me this site a couple weeks back. I love it. As a fan and supporter of real grassroots idealism put into action, I think what they are doing is great and to be commended. The fans are fed up and taking it upon themselves to try to force change.
I just hope they fail…… 🙂
I’m always sad when the Bengals win their first game.
Awesome billboard. They likely need Mike Brown to sell the team for any real hope.
I understood that there was to be punch and pie.
I was a lifelong Bengals fan until I moved to Akron in summer 2007. I gave up on the Bengals last season, went on a three-game trial date with the Browns, and decided to sign up.
I honestly can’t believe that anyone still supports that piece of crap, at least until Mike Brown dies or sells the team. It’s one thing to be like some of my friends, who keep hoping they’ll get better but don’t invest in the team, and another to be the fools who keep showing up every Sunday and filling Mike Brown’s pockets with money. Those people are beyond stupid.
Being a former Bengals fan makes it funny at times to read the comments of other Browns fans. As bad as things might seem, I just keep thinking that they’re way better than following the Bengals! If nothing else, Lerner > Brown.
