Yay! Another “winning season,” and selfie “controversies”: While We’re Waiting…
October 5, 2015C-Cap Recap: High Water Marks
October 5, 2015Without many games to choose from at 4 p.m., much of the country was able to watch attentively as the Cleveland Browns gave away another victory. While Twitter timelines of Browns fans were in their typical state of disarray, those of national scribes and analysts were ablaze after the Browns jumped offsides in the final seconds, allowing the San Diego Chargers to obtain a second chance and stealing a victory in front of their home fans.
While there were undoubtedly countless more 140-character thoughts that didn’t make the cut, here’s a sampling of what the rest of the world had to say about the latest Browns debacle.
I do not believe what I just saw. Well, actually, I do.

at least we’re the best at something … nobody , i mean nobody , is more creative than us.
Never fear: Ray’s back on the job today!
And Pettine said it couldn’t get any more disappointing. LOL.
While we’ll never know for sure, the worst part is that the kicker may have buried his first shot if not for the offsides. Maybe he still pushes it, but I think he may have done so because of the defender he saw in the corner of his eye. And had we not jumped and had he made it, the loss would still count the same, just without the extra added embarrassment.
But alas, my aunt is not my uncle.
We should have paid more attention look at the photo taken during the game:
