Kyrie Irving falls to No. 23 in ESPN’s #NBARank
October 21, 2014“Yosted” Celebrity Friends, NFL Fan Behavior, Passing Over Sandy, and Bitter Bo: While We’re Waiting…
October 22, 2014It’s that time of year again and the Cleveland Indians want to know what their fans and season ticket holders think. Not a lot of surprising questions, per usual. The Indians once again asked about all their various uniforms and Chief Wahoo himself. They also asked for a ranking of the top five Cleveland Indians, which makes sense. One slight wrinkle though: They included manager Terry Francona.
Lastly, they put a grid together with Cody Allen, Michael Brantley, Yan Gomes, Jason Kipnis, Corey Kluber, Carlos Santana and Nick Swisher and asked which words applied to the players. Description words that were options included, boring, community-oriented, gritty, uncommitted, blue collar, resilient, passionate, fits character of Cleveland, star, and more.
It’s logical exercise, but I admit I did get a chuckle feeling like I was on an online dating profile with “Down to Earth” being one of the options.

Hehe – yeah, I thought it was an interesting survey, with the big Qs really about the logo/uniforms and the overall stadium experience.
I did find the player Qs interesting primarily in that they reinforced to me that MLB and perhaps sports in general have made me completely disassociate from players individually.
The Indians should really send me this survey. I have lots of important opinions. 🙂
I forgot all about the kerfuffle on kerfuffle.
I’ll keep saying it the Indians are slowly and methodically removing the Chief right from under Indians fans noses. Sadly they like that horribly boring block “C” which for me is more insulting then the Chief!
