NFL News: Cleveland Browns inactives against Buffalo

Quarterback Jason Campbell headlines the Browns’ list of inactives for the Thursday night game against the Bills. Brandon Weeden will be active and will be the second string quarterback.

The Browns will not have the services of DE Billy Winn for the second game in a row with a quad injury. Linebacker Quentin Groves will miss his third game with an ankle injury.

Jabaal Sheard will also not be able to play again, meaning rookie Barkevious Mingo will get his second start of the season.

Shaun Lauvao is active, but no word yet on who will start at RG. John Hughes is active despite missing significant practice time to injury.

Newly acquired Fozzy Whittaker is inactive. Offensive linemen Patrick Lewis and Martin Wallace round out the inactives.
