Kyrie 4th among East guards in All-Star voting, Varejao not among leaders
December 13, 2012While We’re Waiting… Clarett took a paycut leaving Ohio State. Not a joke.
December 14, 2012Will he or won’t he? If he does, how effective can he be? With a healthy Browns defense as healthy as they’ve been all year seemingly every week, does it matter? All these questions and more are applicable to this week’s matchup between the Browns and the Redskins.
Most importantly, the Browns have won three in a row headed into this game. The Redskins are riding a four game winning streak. If you’d told me at the beginning of the season that both teams would be riding real, bona fide win streaks headed into this game, I would have questioned your sanity.
And another question. Will you even be able to pretend to imagine what life might have been like for Browns fans this season had the team landed RG3 and been sold to Jimmy Haslam in the same year? Would the team have sold if Lerner had somehow landed RG3 as the first completely legitimate QB prospect since Brady Quinn’s flameout?
Never mind. Just fill out the survey.

I was confused as to why Brady Quinn was the cover picture for this article and then even more confused that he was black. Weeden > RG3?
This game is the canary in the coalmine of the Browns’ development. Washington is not horrible or in a tailspin like the Raiders and KC, they seem mediocre even without Griffin, they are coming off a dramatic win, they’re at home and have everything to play for. A fourth win in a row by the Browns would have the locker room stoked after all the early season frustration.
Let’s see where they are.
Weeden finally gets his breakout game. Josh Gordon is the biggest beneficiary in it.
I still think the ‘Skins gave up too much for RG, and I’m glad we didn’t pay that kind of price.
Phil wins it at the gun.
I think the question is more:
is Richardson+Weeden+Schwartz+’13 1st round pick > RGIII
I did not want to give up a lot for RG3. But I do not get paid to make football decisions…. yet
Agree 100%. For the people who want to see Gordon go for 1000 yards, he needs to make big plays this week. The DC defense is bad, get the ball to playmakers in space, keep contain on RG3 and win the turnover battle, that is how we win this game
Don’t forget Gordon in your addition problem
not sure why I thought ‘Skins are at home. We are. But apparently no one is in my head.
