July 4, 2012Cleveland Browns’ LB Scott Fujita had hoped that his suspension would be reduced through appeal. That will not be the case.
CBS Sports is reporting that Roger Goodell has upheld the suspensions for all players involved in the Saints ‘Bounty Program’. Fujita, who was suspended for the first three games of this season without pay will be able to participate in training camp and pre-season games, but will miss games against the Eagles, Bengals and Bills.
Goodell says in letter to players they have offered no evidence to contradict his earlier rulings.

If Fujita didn’t present any new evidence, what did he expect? This isn’t baseball.
Shock! Maybe awe!
who’d have thought that “no I didn’t!” wasn’t going to be a successful defense?
I hope we’re done hearing his righteous indignation in the media and on Twitter but I fear more is to come.
As if an egomaniac power hungry dictator is going to say “hey you know what, i was a total jerk earlier and I am going to overturn my initial ruling” haha yea right. The NFL appeals process is an absolute joke.
Hey Steve (the guy who likes to tell me I’m misinformed because of THE FACTS on here today) I didn’t need any facts to see this one coming how about you?
@The_Real_Shamrock:disqus Haha, yeah where is his comment on this article? Interesting…
