Carlos Santana Homers in Rehab Game, Expected to Play this Week
June 5, 2012Pat Shurmur and the Burden of Proof
June 5, 2012I’m trying to develop into a combo-guard so I can play the “1” and the “2.” Coming out of college I was probably strictly a “2” and I played probably more “3” in college as well, so I’m really just trying to become more of a combo guard, a guard that can handle the ball, play the point guard, and 2-guard as well. […] I’m a much better shooter than what I showed this season. There were some games where I really had struggles, but at the end of the year, in the SEC Tournament and NCAA Tournament, I shot like 43% from three, so I really shot better towards the end of the season than I did in the beginning of the season.
– Florida’s Bradley Beal, in an interview with Draft Express, who says his game is a combo of Boston’s Ray Allen and Miami’s Dwyane Wade — “I like to get to the basket similar to the way he does.” Draft Express presently forecasts Beal to be selected by the Cleveland Cavaliers with their fourth-overall pick in the 2012 NBA Draft.

If he really is the Dwayne Wade of this draft, we should take him so he’ll collude with convince Anthony Davis to come here in 7 years.
*this post wins.
Hopefully that’ll work, because we already have our Chris Paul in Kyrie Irving. 🙂
I like Beal I like him more then Lamb for me I want a player who can create and get to the basket first. Second is the shot. I don’t want a guy who can’t shoot mind you but I don’t want a guy who is strictly a shooter which, for me, depends largely on someone else getting him the ball.
Having another guard who can create, penetrate and move alongside Kyrie Irving would be tremendous.
