Browns took the risks and we’ll see about the rewards
April 27, 2012Holmgren on Colt McCoy: “I don’t know. He might be here. We’ll see.”
April 27, 2012When Brandon Weeden was asked by Mary Kay Cabot about Colt McCoy and the trade rumors, Weeden wisely stayed out of it. Paraphrasing him, Weeden said that he hasn’t talked to Colt or run into him yet. He said that it was a management decision and totally out of his hands.
Weeden and Trent Richardson met the media today in Berea and much of the talk focused on the newest Browns quarterback Brandon Weeden. Of course his age was addressed as well as his past with baseball.

Has a QB ever had to retire at 30 due to Tommy John surgery?
ZING…..sorry the jokes are helping me today with being more rational.
Why on earth would Mary Kay Cabot ask Weeden about Colt McCoy and trade rumors? What possible insight could he have? What did she expect him to say?
I generally like her and her work, but that was a hack question more suitable for some ESPN reporters roundtable.
Not that is his fault but isn’t that what the receivers are going to be saying about his passes?
Weeden should be cautious ‘cuz he’s next! The Browns should save some money and just assign each new QB the same as the old.
we drafted him in the 1st round and he’s not even going to do the legwork to trade his predecessor. ridiculous.
After the interview he had to take a nap so he was well rested to watch Matlock tonight.
I just checked the Browns upcoming schedule and they don’t play any teams with defenses the like of Oklahoma, Baylor or Texas.
#Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeden!
No, the defenses they play are older then Weeden.
